Hi,
My name is Barbra Postma. Serving the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, we are
located in Flower Mound, Texas. I teach ceramics, cast greenware and offer
firing services. I have been actively involved in ceramics since 1980 when
I painted my first piece and was instantly "hooked". Throughout the years,
I have worked in several area ceramic shops and wholesale distributers. I
am also a past president of the Southwest Ceramic Association in Dallas, Texas,
so you may have seen me around.
I hold certifications in many of the major color product lines, including:
Duncan, Mayco, Gare, Doc Holliday, Colors For Earth, Dona and Kimple. Each
week, I teach a small group on Thursday evenings. In addition, I am a
certified Exhibitor's Association Ceramic judge.
I currently have over 3,000 molds available for pouring and work with area Sr.
Centers delivering pour-to-order greenware for their ceramic classes. I
offer contemporary paint-your-piece parties at your home and have experince
teaching children, having provided ceramic crafts for Vacation Bible school at
my church for the past 13 years.
In addition to my ceramic expertise, I have expanded into glass fusing, doing
mostly small jewelry and glass bottle sagging. Even my ceramic class is
now hooked on glass fusing.
Thank you for visiting my web site. If you have any questions about the
services I offer, please, send me an email at

or give me a call at 972-539-2724.
Keep painting,
Barbra
